這一年來持續探索蔬食料理的旅途中,蔬果五穀輕盈而豐沛的滋味每每讓我驚艷不已,不同的蔬果搭配則會產生不同的絕妙層次,這是過去餐餐無肉不歡的味蕾所無法體會。

📍本月開飯日:
4/27(五)(剩餘名額:2位)

6:00pm開煮,預計7:30pm開飯,每場最多4人。往後會在每月最後一個週五晚上定期舉班,有興趣的朋友也可另外跟我敲定日期。

📍地點:
恆如&Daniel家,位於台北市中山區,近捷運中山國中站。

📍方式 :
每人酌收食材費200元,到場後根據當天的食材共同發揮創意來做菜。

📍食材與餐點:
蛋奶蔬食,以本土當季友善耕作與人道飼養食材為主,來源如主婦聯盟合作社、好食機、有機商店、農夫市集、友善耕作小農等。如有特殊飲食禁忌請先告知。

📍Dates and times:
Apr 27th (Fri)

Start cooking at 6:00pm and hope to start the meal at 7:30pm. Maximum 4 people. In the future, it’ll be held in the last Friday night of the month. so if you’re interested, you’re welcome to schedule a time with me privately.

📍Location:
Heng-Ju & Daniel’s home: in Zhongshan District of Taipei City, close to Zhongshan Junior High School Station (brown line).

📍How does it work:
200NT per person. We’ll come up with the dishes together based on the ingredients I prepare on that day.

📍Ingredients and Meals:
We’re going to make vegetarian food with ingredients from local eco-friendly farms. I usually get the ingredients from the Homemakers Union Consumer Co-op, organic stores and the farmers’ market. If you have any food taboos, please let me know.

🧘‍♂️共煮共食聊禁食😂_180404_0096

這次很順利的在共食前幾天揪到人,除了好久不見的宛伶,還有詠暄和她的朋友心婷與Leon!

大家雖然很謙虛的說自己不太會做菜,但是在備料的過程可以看出大家還是蠻有概念的,所以也很順利的發展出一人一道菜的模式!一切就在輕輕鬆鬆笑聲不斷的狀態下完成所有的料理。

這次的夥伴意外都有些正念/禪修的經驗(我的同溫層愈來愈厚惹XD),聽完大家的經驗分享才讓我明白,原來對某些人來說,禪修營最困難的是「不說話」和「過午不食」這兩件事,但是對於內向害羞不愛講話飯又吃得不多的人(例如我)來說就是超讚的體驗,果然一樣米養百樣人啊!但後來不知為何聊到斷食,可惜會來共煮共食的人通常是愛吃鬼,所以大家顯然沒有興趣繼續聊下去!😂

還有,為了減少使用衛生紙,我每次都會發給大家一人一條有機棉手帕用來擦手和擦嘴巴,這次依然受到熱烈迴響,還一起拍了合照,實在太歡樂了。

感謝這次的共煮共食,以及促成這餐飯的所有元素,我們下次見!

2018.2.23

1月底得知哲毓過世的消息,幾週後又得知另一位朋友過世,情緒實在很低迷,又想做點什麼,所以就約了堂珍和珮蓉在我家開一個小小的哲毓歡送會。

原本想好一些追思的小活動來紀念哲毓,但我們一見面垃圾話就停不下來,聊到高中追星聽團的日子更是笑到不行,完全沒有可以感到悲傷的時刻。我想,或許這就是哲毓給我們的祝福吧!

哲毓,真的很謝謝你這些年來帶給我們這麼多快樂的回憶,更促成我與高中好友之間的友誼,我們會帶著對你的思念,繼續創造更多快樂的回憶的。

2018.2.6

這次的成員大家都很會做菜,所以只花了一個小時備料就順利開飯啦!但沒想到當天寒流來襲,氣溫只有九度,偏偏我家室內跟室外溫度差不多,所以真的很不好意思讓大家在宛如冰箱的環境中吃飯。不過冷冷的天氣裡能和朋友在家一起吃火鍋,覺得特別幸福,而且這次破紀錄從中午12點開飯後一口氣聊到晚上6點,人生中實在很少有機會能跟朋友談論許多深刻的話題,真是痛快。

經歷過幾次的共煮共食,我發現無論來訪者的年齡、背景、喜好等等,人們聚在一起,總能聊聊彼此相似之處,也能聊聊彼此不相似之處。無論是什麼樣的成員組成,大家都有能力在在餐桌上用愛與食物滋養彼此,帶著一顆敞開的心,在當下好好的和眼前的人互動,深入傾聽對方的想法,結束後帶著微笑回到各自的生活,這樣的過程讓我獲益許多,也感到非常的滿足。

期待下次再見!

20180126 共煮共食

2018.1.26

五年和大家相識於四方報的青年田野計畫,那陣子在台北跑了很多個東南亞移工與新移民出沒的地點、深入瞭解東南亞各國文化、吃了很多東南亞美食(吃貨我對這個印象最深刻)、寫了報導、領了稿費、還交到好朋友,真是美好的回憶。

所以這次真的很開心能在安淳和立翔回國後一起吃頓飯,聊聊各自過去幾年在生活中經歷的事情,最後大聊邪教經驗更是好笑,我想,如果能經常跟相處愉快的家人朋友相聚,生活充實、快樂又不孤單,大家應該就不會被邪教吸引了吧!哈哈。

真心感謝超會擺盤的子雯、洗菜切菜一把罩的安淳,以及下班匆忙趕來赴約還幫大家洗碗的立祥,love you all! ❤️
