今天特地去淡水跟去年教我種菜的師傅小孟買裸菜,早上剛採完的菜還熱騰騰的,帶有土地與山泉水的香氣,實在太迷人了!

光想到這次共煮共食要來享用這肥美的菜菜,心情就好愉悅啊!目前還剩一個名額,快跟我報名嘿~

📍本月開飯日:
5/25(五)(剩餘名額:1位)
6:00pm開煮,預計7:30pm開飯,每場最多4人。

📍地點:
恆如&Daniel家,位於台北市中山區,近捷運中山國中站。

📍方式 :
每人酌收食材費200元,到場後根據當天的食材共同發揮創意來做菜。

📍食材與餐點:
蛋奶蔬食,以本土當季友善耕作與人道飼養食材為主,來源如主婦聯盟合作社、好食機、有機商店、農夫市集、友善耕作小農等。如有特殊飲食禁忌請先告知。

📍Dates and times:
Mar 25th (Fri)
Start cooking at 6:00pm and hope to start the meal at 7:30pm. Maximum 4 people.

📍Location:
Heng-Ju & Daniel’s home: in Zhongshan District of Taipei City, close to Zhongshan Junior High School Station (brown line).

📍How does it work:
200NT per person. We’ll come up with the dishes together based on the ingredients I prepare on that day.

📍Ingredients and Meals:
We’re going to make vegetarian food with ingredients from local eco-friendly farms. I usually get the ingredients from the Homemakers Union Consumer Co-op, organic stores and the farmers’ market. If you have any food taboos, please let me know.
