📍本月開飯日:
1/19 (五) 包餃子派對(已額滿)
1/26 ()(已額滿)

每場最多4人,只有1人報名也會開飯,6:00pm開煮,順利的話7:30pm開飯。

我希望共煮共食在我家成為常態性的活動,所以想來吃飯的朋友可以先私下跟我敲定日期喔!

📍地點:
恆如&Daniel家,位於台北市中山區,近榮星花園、捷運中山國中站,特別歡迎住在中山區與松山區的好鄰居一起來開飯。

📍方式 :
每人酌收食材費200元,我會備好食材,所以大家人來就好,到場後就根據當天的食材一起發揮創意來做菜。

📍食材與餐點:
蛋奶蔬食,以本土當季友善耕作與人道飼養食材為主,來源如主婦聯盟合作社、好食機、有機商店、農夫市集、友善耕作小農等。如有特殊飲食禁忌請先告知。

Theme: Every Meal Is A Miracle

📍Dates and times:
Jan. 18th Dumpling Party(Full)
Jan. 26th (Full)

Maximum 4 people. It will be held even if there’s only one person sign up.
Start cooking at 6:00pm and hope to start the meal at 7:30pm.

I hope this could be a regular event at my place. If you’re interested, you’re welcome to schedule a time with me privately.

📍Location:
Heng-Ju & Daniel’s home: in Zhongshan District of Taipei City, very close to Zhongshan Junior High School Station (brown line). Especially welcome people who lives close by in Zhongshan and Songshan District.

📍How does it work:
200NT per person. I’ll prepare all of the ingredients for everyone, so all you need is to show up. We’ll come up with the dishes together based on the ingredients that day.

📍Ingredients and Meals:
We’re going to make vegetarian food with ingredients from local eco-friendly farms. I usually get the ingredients from the Homemakers Union Consumer Co-op, organic stores and the farmers’ market.  If you have any food taboos, please let me know 🙂
